Artists need a place for artists where they are not chasing likes and follows, transforming themselves from an artist into a product, a place where they can work on their art, receive feedback and grow. These forums are the answer to that need, but it only works if artist all come, professional and amateur alike, contributing, giving a little of themselves to other artists who give a little in their turn.

The ubiquity of social media has wrought a sameness to much of the artwork we see presented online. The rewards of the algorithm are granted to those who can most effectively keep visitors on the site and endless scrolling ensuring the smooth influx of advertising dollars to the social media machine.
We do not not wish to see you endlessly scrolling. This is not our goal. Our goal is for you to find your stride and get drawing, to put in the work that becomes the path of mastery.
We do want to see sameness. We wish to see growth, hard work and dedication. You will be rewarded.

We will do everything we can to keep AI images off of the forums, including bans, removals and more.
We also pledge to do whatever we can to keep AI image scrubbers from downloading and using images from this site as training data. However, it is impossible to completely stop image theft on a site that serves images.
